Roster is shared org-wide across all projects. Techs with no zone assigned appear as coordinator / support tags at the bottom of the printed map.

Shutdown Plan — MOP / Permit to Work
Builds a printable Method of Procedure for the shutdown:
which valves are isolated for the work, which zones are impacted, how alternative supply is provided,
the step-by-step procedure, notifications, and sign-offs. The generated document is structured to satisfy
the facility's NFPA 99 permit-to-work system documentation (§5.1.14.2).
A · Work-Area Isolation Valves
Valve(s) that must be closed / locked out so the work can be performed. Attach a photo of each valve so the crew can find it.
B · Alternative-Supply (Backfeed) Isolation Valves
Valve(s) operated to separate the impacted zones from the section being worked on, so cylinders can backfeed them during the shutdown.
Impacted Areas
Zones being backfed are pulled automatically from the Zone Valve Entries above. Add any other affected areas (no outlets / signage-only / vacuum riders…) below.
Shutdown & Restoration Procedure
Numbered steps printed in the MOP. Edit freely — the recommended sequence covers notify → backfeed → isolate → work → test → restore.
Contacts & Notifications
Who must be informed before / during the shutdown — facility contacts, nursing units, respiratory, plant ops.
Additional Qualified Personnel
Techs assigned to zones and Additional Project Personnel are listed in the MOP automatically — add anyone else (with credential, e.g. ASSE 6010 / 6030).
Credential / License Documents
— printed in MOP §5; imported trade submissions land here and on the people above
Outside Trade Input — Share Links
Send a trade (med gas installer, GC, plumber…) a secure link to submit their technicians,
license copies (ASSE 6010 etc.), and documents for this project only — mobile friendly,
no account needed, and they see nothing else on the site. Review and import their submission below.
No share links yet.
Approvals / Sign-Off Blocks
Signature lines printed at the end of the MOP. Names can be left blank for hand-writing.

⚠️ Session Map Mismatch
This project has an active monitoring session that was started with a
different map configuration. If you join the old session, the
monitoring view will show stale zone and cylinder data that no longer matches your current map.
Searches the verification inventory on portal.emgsi.com for facilities with zone valves on file.
Zones import with their valve labels, areas served and rooms — no re-typing from the cert report.
