This portal provides EMGS employees with fast, reliable access to the tools needed to support quoting, estimation, field identification, and project planning. Tools are updated regularly — suggest new features to the IT team.

You only see the tools your account has access to — managers and site admins see more here than the field does.

Manufacturer Setup
Define the manufacturers available in the dropdown for each product category in the Plan Takeoff tool. Changes are saved automatically.

Part Number Setup
Define known part numbers for each category and manufacturer. When adding line items, the Product field will offer these as autocomplete suggestions — you can still type any value freely.

Staff Roster
Org-wide technician list used across all EMGS tools — including the Backfeed Monitor. Admins can add, edit, and link each technician to their Google SSO email for automatic identification.
The Google Email column links each technician to their Google SSO account — when they sign in to the Backfeed Monitor they are automatically identified.
Admins can type any email address directly, or use ?? Import CSV to bulk-load the roster.
