Remaining Content Calculator
For compressed gases, enter the current gauge pressure. For liquefied cylinders (N₂O, CO₂), enter the cylinder weight. For LOX dewars, enter the liquid liters remaining.
Important — Liquefied Gas
The pressure gauge on N₂O and CO₂ cylinders stays nearly constant until almost all the liquid is gone. Do not use gauge pressure to estimate remaining content. Weigh the cylinder instead.
Liquid Oxygen Dewar
Enter the liquid oxygen level remaining in liters. Full capacity is shown on the dewar label. 1 liter of liquid O₂ produces 860.6 liters (30.4 cu ft) of gaseous oxygen.

Backfeed Map Builder
Create a visual backfeed map with zone valve assignments, technician groups, and cylinder diagrams — ready to print as PDF.
Upload an .xlsx file containing zone valve data. The tool will automatically detect columns for floor, area served, inventory label, valve size, and gas type.
Supports .xlsx · .xls · .csv · Processed entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to any server
⚠️ Liquefied gas: N₂O and CO₂ maintain near-constant vapor pressure until exhausted — tank PSI alone cannot indicate remaining content. Use cylinder weight for accuracy.
Full = 2200 psig
Record timestamped PSI readings from the field. The tool computes your real burn rate and projects how long the remaining supply will last.

NITROGEN MANIFOLD CALCULATOR
NITROGEN SIZING METHOD
1. Determine # of operating rooms piped with N₂
2. Calculate 1 cyl/room/week (standard) or 2 cyl/room/week (heavy use: ortho, thoracic, neurosurgery)
3. Total cylinders per week = rooms x rate
4. Use Table 2-10 to size the manifold
Based on 224 ft³ (6,343 L) H cylinders. Flow rate typically 6-15 scfm. Min 1-week to 10-day change cycle.
